What you can and can't say
ESA Pass sells a convenience kit: a certificate, a wallet card and a listing on our verification page. No official ESA registry exists, including ours. To keep it that way for everyone:
- Say it's a paid partnership. Use #ad or "I earn a commission", clearly, in every post.
- Never call it an ESA letter, a legal document, an official registration or certification, or say it gives housing, travel or public-access rights.
- No ads on our name in search, no coupon or deal sites, and no spam.
