Refund policy

30 days, no questions

If your kit isn't what you hoped, email support@esapass.com within 30 days of purchase and we refund the registration in full: no reasons required, no restocking games, no admin fees. Refunds reach your card in 5 to 10 business days. Once refunded, the registration number is removed from the verification page.

Printed items

The laminated card and printed certificate in the Complete Kit are made to order for your animal. Once they've shipped they aren't refundable, but they're yours to keep; the digital portion of the Complete Kit price is refunded on request within 30 days.

Listing renewals

Refundable within 30 days if the renewed period hasn't started yet.

Mistakes are fixed free

Typos, breed changes, new photo: email us or use your kit page. No charge, no refund needed.
