Made for cats, not adapted from dogs

Choose Cat on the first screen and everything follows: the card, the certificate and the verification page say Cat, with your cat's breed or a simple color description like "grey tabby" if you don't know the breed.

No vest, no leash, nothing your cat would refuse to wear. Just a card, a certificate and a number.

Getting a photo your cat will allow

The best cat photos are taken at their level, in daylight, when they're settled: on a windowsill, in a favorite box, mid-nap with eyes open. Hold the phone still and wait. You can upload the photo later and replace it free from your kit page.

What a registration does and doesn't do

It gives your cat a record and a card that checks out. It doesn't create housing rights: those come from a letter from a licensed health professional who knows you, and a registration doesn't replace it.

Questions people ask

Can a cat be an emotional support animal?
Yes. Emotional support animals aren't limited to dogs. What makes an animal an emotional support animal for housing purposes is a letter from a licensed health professional, not the species or a registration.
Is cat registration required?
No. No government keeps an ESA registry, and registering is never legally required. Ours is a private registration: a record of your pet and you, with a number anyone can look up.
Will my landlord have to accept the card?
No. A registration is not an ESA letter. Under the Fair Housing Act, what a housing provider may ask for is a letter from a licensed health professional who knows you. We don't write those. Many people carry a card alongside their letter for everyday convenience.
I have two cats. Do I register both?
Each cat gets its own registration and card. After your first kit you'll see an offer for your next pet.
