The kit
How fast will I have my certificate and card?
The moment your payment confirms. Both PDFs are generated within seconds, emailed to you, and available on your kit page.
Do I need an appointment, evaluation or paperwork?
No. No health questions, no documents. Registration records your pet and you, nothing more.
What's the difference between the Digital Kit and the Complete Kit?
Both include the same PDFs and verification listing. The Complete Kit adds a laminated wallet card and a printed certificate mailed to a U.S. address, shipping included.
What does the card look like?
A credit-card-size front with your pet's photo, name, species, your name as handler, the registration number and a QR code; a back with the verification address and required notices. See a sample.
Can I use it internationally?
The PDFs print anywhere on Letter or A4. Printed kits ship to U.S. addresses only. U.S. housing rules don't apply abroad.
Legality
Is registration legally required?
No. There is no official U.S. registry for emotional support animals, government or otherwise, and no law requires a card or certificate.
So what am I buying?
A convenience credential: a nicely made card and certificate for your pet, and a registration number listed on a page anyone can check. It has no independent legal force, and we say so on the card itself.
What's the difference between 'registration' and 'certification'?
Nothing, legally. Sellers use both words. Neither is a government process.
What actually gives an ESA housing rights?
A letter from a licensed health care professional who has evaluated you, under the Fair Housing Act. We don't sell letters or evaluations. How ESA letters work.
Landlords and airlines
Will my landlord accept this instead of a letter?
They don't have to, and most won't. A housing provider may ask for reliable documentation from a licensed professional; a card isn't that. People typically carry the card alongside a letter.
Can my landlord still charge pet rent?
Yes, unless you provide a valid ESA letter and they grant an accommodation. The card doesn't change fees.
Can my ESA fly in the cabin?
Not by right. Since 2021, U.S. airlines treat emotional support animals as pets under their own policies. Only trained psychiatric service dogs have air-travel access rights.
Animals
Which animals can I register?
Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles and other household companions. Each animal gets its own registration, card and certificate.
Does my pet need training?
No. Emotional support animals aren't task-trained; that's what distinguishes them from service animals.
Is the photo required?
It's optional but most people add one. The card and certificate look best with it, and you can add or change it free any time from your kit page.

What does it cost?
Digital Kit $45, Complete Kit $75, paid once. Pricing.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund of the registration within 30 days, no questions asked. Printed items are made to order and aren't refundable once shipped; keep them.
Is there a subscription?
No. The verification listing runs 12 months. We email you before it ends; renew for $15 only if you want to. Nothing charges automatically.
After you buy
I need to fix a typo or change the breed.
Email support with your registration number and the correction. We reissue the PDFs free.
Can I change the photo?
Yes, yourself, from your kit page. The PDFs regenerate instantly.
I lost my kit email.
Email support from the address you used and we'll resend the kit link.
When does my printed kit arrive?
Printed and laminated within 3 business days, then USPS First-Class, typically 2 to 5 days in the U.S. You'll get a tracking email when it ships.
Does the card expire?
The card and certificate don't. The verification listing lasts 12 months and can be renewed.
