Tell us about your pet
About 2 minutesPet's name, species, breed if you like, an optional birthday, and a photo. Then your name, email, and city and state. As you type, you see the card build itself. That's the whole form.

Choose your kit and pay
About 1 minuteDigital Kit for PDFs, or Complete Kit to also get a laminated card and printed certificate in the mail. Payment runs through Stripe with Apple Pay, Google Pay or any card. A promotion code box is there if you have one.

Your kit is generated
SecondsThe moment the charge confirms, your registration number is assigned, your Certificate of Registration and wallet card are rendered as PDFs, and both are emailed to you. Your kit page holds them too, plus a photo updater and your listing status.

Print, or wait for the mail
Same day, or 3 business daysPDFs print cleanly at home; the card sheet is sized for real credit-card dimensions with a spare copy. Complete Kits are printed, laminated and shipped within three business days.

Anyone can verify it
12 months includedYour number is listed on our verification page. Scan the QR on the card or type the number to see the pet, location, registration date and listing status. Renew the listing later only if you want to.
What we collect, and what we don't
Your name, email, city and state, and your pet's details and photo. That's all. No health information, no ID documents, no card numbers (Stripe holds those). We never sell personal data.
