People love their animals and like having something in their wallet that says so. That's the whole business. ESA Pass makes a beautiful Certificate of Registration and wallet card for your emotional support animal, delivers them in minutes, and keeps a public page where the registration number can be checked.

What we won't do is pretend the card is more than it is. No official ESA registry exists; registration confers no rights; housing accommodations come from a clinician's letter, and airlines stopped accepting ESAs in 2021. We put that on the card, on the certificate, at checkout and in the footer of every page, and we point people who need a letter toward how to get one.

How we handle your information

We collect your name, email, city and state, and your pet's details and photo. We never ask a health question. We don't sell personal data and don't run advertising pixels. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
