What it is, and what it isn't.

A card, a certificate and a listing you can check on ESA Pass. It is not a government registry, and it is not a clinician's letter. If a landlord asks for paperwork, they may ask for a letter from a licensed professional, and this kit does not replace one. Here's how letters work.

Airlines treat ESAs as pets: since 2021, U.S. airlines aren't required to carry them in the cabin. A card won't change that, and we won't tell you otherwise.

How fast is it, really?
The form takes two or three minutes. Payment takes one. The PDFs are generated the moment Stripe confirms the charge, usually within a few seconds, and emailed to you.
Do I need an appointment or an evaluation?
No. There are no health questions. Registration is a record of your pet and you, not a medical process.
Will my landlord have to accept this?
No. A card alone doesn't create housing rights. Under the Fair Housing Act, what a housing provider may ask for is a letter from a licensed health professional who knows you. Read about ESA letters. Many people carry a card alongside their letter for everyday convenience.
Which animals can I register?
Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles and other household companions. One registration per animal.
What if I want my money back?
Email us within 30 days for a full refund of the registration, no questions asked. Printed items are made to order and aren't refundable once shipped.
